These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings with Kiddypop (“we”,“us”, “our”). By booking a party or service, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking date and package. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event.
If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Any extra charges (such as additional services requested on the day) must be paid in full at the venue.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: No additional cancellation fees apply, however deposits remain non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event: The full booking fee may apply.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Our cancellation: If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, you may reschedule or receive a refund/credit.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected
3. Venue Access & Requirements
The Customer is responsible for providing safe and suitable access to the venue.
Parking and unloading access must be available close to the setup area.
For public venues (e.g. parks, community halls), the Customer must obtain any required permits and approvals.
Kiddypop requires sufficient time for setup and pack down before and after the event.
4. Customer Responsibilities
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
Adequate space, tables, and power supply (if required) must be provided.
Pets must be secured away from the setup and activities.
The Customer is liable for any damage to Kiddypop equipment caused by Guests.
5. Safety & Liability
Kiddypop takes all reasonable care to provide safe equipment and services.
Play and party activities involve some risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddypop is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from unsafe venue conditions, lack of supervision, or misuse of equipment.
Customers indemnify Kiddypop against claims arising from failure to comply with these Terms.
6. Decorations & Equipment
All decorations, props, and equipment supplied remain the property of Kiddypop.
Any hired items must be returned in good condition. Loss or damage may result in additional charges.
7. Photos & Media
Customers are welcome to take personal photos/videos of their event.
With the Customer’s consent, Kiddypop may take photos of setups/parties for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media).
8. Force Majeure
Kiddypop is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
